Our founder, Richard Novaria, earned a degree in Business Management with a minor in Financial Economics.  His career-path led him to become a personal banker and sales manager where he began his journey of learning how to play the money game to win.  Armed with his years of eduation and professional experience, Richard's ideas about money drove him to discover the benefits of accessing capital and putting it to work for the greatest gains possilble.  

His own financial success uncovered his real passion - to help educate others and allow them to implement the power of leveraging to improve their personal financial situation.  That's exactly how Richard serves and trains all of his affiliates to serve Dreamweaver Foundation clients.
